- Cut-off Time: Please remember that orders must be placed by our Order Cut-off Time of 5:00 PM (EST) to begin the handling and design process within our standard 1 β 3 business day window.
Refunds and Payment Safety
In accordance with our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy, all approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Parker, AZ studio, we process your refund within 5 business days. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers, further ensuring your financial safety.
