Delivery Timeline

We work diligently to ensure your order moves through our studio and into your hands as quickly as possible. Please note that for personalized items, our timeline includes the time needed for custom design and engraving.

Order Cut-off Time Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM 

Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Handling Time

  • Processing: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • All items are designed, engraved, and dispatched directly from our Arizona facility to ensure strict quality control.

Transit Time

  • Shipping Duration: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: 4 – 8 Business Days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

While we strive to meet every delivery estimate, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or high-demand holiday seasons. We will proactively communicate any significant delays to you.

We take extra care in packaging our wooden products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
