If your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

Our journey is built on a simple mission: to provide high-quality, artisanal crochet goods to customers across the United States. Operating from our studio in Parker, Arizona, we specialize in transforming soft yarn into soulful companions, including Handcrafted Amigurumi, personalized keychains, and unique yarn-based keepsakes.

Because most of our items are made-to-order by hand and undergo a rigorous inspection in our studio, we have the utmost confidence in the craftsmanship and aesthetic of our products. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. That is why we offer a transparent and fair 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Customized Items: Due to the nature of personalized products (items featuring specific names, portraits, or custom designs), we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if an error was made on our part regarding the customization.
  • Non-Customized Items: Must be in their original, new, and unused condition.
  • Method: All returns are accepted by mail.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please email us at Support@EthanDesignShop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the specific return shipping address for our studio.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective a broken wooden piece or incorrect engraving, we will provide aΒ prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse: For non-customized items, if you changed your mind or the item is not what you expected, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected at our Arizona facility, we will proceed with the next steps:

  • Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value. For custom orders, once the issue is confirmed, your replacement will be prioritized and shipped within 3 business days.
